TheRide (Ann Arbor Area Transportation Authority) has been a close partner of Q+M since the beginning. Our work with them spans over a decade, through leadership changes, authority expansions, millage renewals and expansions and—the most exciting—2045 transit plan. We're champions of public transportation and TheRide is a shining example of a thriving system in a suburban environment.

Through our cohesive work with TheRide's internal communication team, Q+M provides support across all creative services, messaging, production, planning and execution of media plans, programs and brands.

Over our 10-year relationship, TheRide has moved past a 45% expansion failure to consistent passage of millages and expansions with approval rates as high as 72%. This is proof that the hard work of TheRide, the communication team and our agency support has earned the full trust of the community. Our mandate is to educate everyone on the services and create lively, engaging communication that ensures all stakeholders are reached.
