The legendary Italian component brand launched its first full bike and was looking to increase eCommerce sales for customers without access to a nearby dealer. Q+M was brought in on day-1 of 3T's journey into being a bike-brand.

Our understanding of the customer journey allowed us to target potential customers at the right time and place to efficiently grow loyalty, eCommerce sales and dealer sales for the high price-point product.
